UK Shipping
Delivery Times
Original paintings are usually dispatched within 3 days. Delivery typically takes around 2 days.
Limited edition prints, greetings cards and Sketch Squares are usually dispatched within 1–3 days. Delivery typically takes around 2 days .
All items are sent using tracked services, with signature on delivery where available.
Delivery Costs
Smaller paintings and all other items: Shipping costs are calculated and confirmed at checkout.
Large paintings: Shipping costs vary depending on destination.
You are welcome to contact me before ordering for a quote.
Alternatively, you can place your order and I will confirm the shipping cost separately. This will need to be paid prior to dispatch.
All shipping costs include insurance for loss or damage in transit.
Collection
Collection is available and can be selected at checkout
International Shipping
Delivery times may be longer depending on destination.
Tracking may not be available for all international services.
Shipping costs vary depending on location and will be confirmed at checkout or quoted separately for larger works.
Import duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes or handling fees once they arrive in your country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
United States: It is relatively uncommon for additional charges to be applied on delivery, particularly for lower value shipments.
European Union: Import VAT and handling fees are more commonly applied and maybe charged before delivery.
You can usually find guidance on expected charges from your country’s customs authority or postal service website.
Returns Policy
Damaged or incorrect items
I always take the greatest of care when packing my products. Unfortunately, sometimes items can be damaged during shipping, which I understand can be very disappointing. If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, you may return it to me within 30 days of delivery.
Returning items because you have changed your mind
I want you to be happy with your new artwork. If it just isn’t right for you, you can return it within 30 days.
Before returning any items for any reason, please do contact me at faye@fayebridgwater.com. Please also ensure you return the item in its original packaging.
Refund Arrangements
I will refund payment for the item and original shipping costs to the card or account of original payment, once I receive the returned items. Please note that you will need to cover the cost of shipping the item back to me, along with any customs charges or duties. For large original paintings, original shipping costs are non-refundable due to the specialist nature of packing and delivery.
