Delivery Questions

It will normally taken between 1 and 3 working days to process your order and ship. Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail or courier service. I will send paintings and prints tracked and signed for, where available. Please allow a further 2 to 3 days for delivery following despatch confirmation. International shipping may take longer.

UK Delivery - free shipping
International Delivery - For smaller paintings, prints, greetings cards and Sketch Squares, shipping costs are confirmed at checkout. For larger items, I will contact you with a shipping quote once you have placed your order or you can contact me prior to purchasing.

Yes. If you would like to collect your items, you can do so for free by selecting “Collection” in the delivery section of the checkout process.

Yes. I regularly ship items all over the world. Please note that you will be responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees levied outside of the UK.
For USA, tariffs tend to be included in the delivery price.
For EU deliveries, local authorities often add additional duties and taxes upon import. Unfortunately, I have no control over these and so if you would like further information, please contact your local postal service.

Purchasing Art and Payment Questions

Yes. It is important that the painting that you purchase is right for you and you space. You are welcome to collect a painting and try it in your home or other space to make sure that you love it! I also have few prints framed up so you can try those too. If you are local to Brighton, I can also deliver to you.

Yes, I am always happy to discuss payment in instalments. Your painting will be delivered upon payment of the first instalment. You will own the item once all payments have been made. If you fail to pay any of the instalment then, if requested, you will need to return the items. I will then refund any advance payments, provided that the painting is not damaged.

A number of my large paintings are on a box canvas and so do not need to be framed. They look great just as they are. My smaller paintings are framed. Full details of any frames are included in the relevant product description.

I do not frame prints myself because I amI just don’t have the storage space for the materials. However, framing is much easier than it may sound. I have written a blog with step by step guidance - read it here. Of course, you can also use a framing shop too. I am always happy to provide advice, if needed.

Returns

Items can be returned if they are damaged or incorrect upon delivery to you. I will refund the cost of the item and the shipping costs as long as the items are returned within 30 days.

Yes. If you decide that you no longer want your item, then I accept returns as long as you email me within 14 days of receiving the items and then return it within a further 14 days. Following receipt of the item, I will refund the price for the item (but not the shipping costs). I can only provide a refund if the items are undamaged upon their return.

Prior to returning any items, please contact me at faye@fayebridgwater.com so that we can discuss any issues and hopefully find a solution.
Where you are eligible for a refund, I will credit the card or account which you used to purchase the items. Nothing affects your statutory rights.
