Painter Paints Herself in this portrait by photographer JJ Waller

Artist Faye Bridgwater follows on from her Derwent Art and John Purcell Paper prizes by winning Artist Of The Year at the ever popular Brighton Artists Open House awards. Bridgwater who opened her own studio for the very first time says “I was delighted to meet so many people interested in my work and to sell virtually all of my paintings on show. Winning this award was the icing on the cake on what has been a very creatively challenging 18 months.”
